Delete your Reverfit Workout account
This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version is the legally binding one.
The account is optional: if you never created one, we have no data about you and what you log is only on your phone. If you created one, you can delete it whenever you want, without asking for permission or giving reasons.
From the app, the quickest way
- Open Reverfit Workout.
- Go to You, the last tab.
- Tap Your account, inside your details.
- At the very bottom, Delete my account and my data.
- To confirm, you have to type the word DELETE. It’s on purpose: that way nothing is deleted by an accidental tap.
If your phone is in Spanish, the same steps read Tú → Tu cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos, and the word to type is BORRAR.
It’s immediate. There is no waiting period and no “deactivated” account: it is deleted right then.
If you can’t get into the app
Write to us at info@reverfit.com from the email you signed up with, asking us to delete your Reverfit Workout account. We’ll do it within 30 days at most, and we’ll confirm by email when it’s done. We ask you to write from that email for security: it’s how we know it’s you.
What is deleted
- Your account and your email.
- The cloud copy of your workouts: the plan, the sets, the days trained (with the heart rate summary, if you used a strap) and the saved plans.
- Your choice about news emails.
What is not deleted with the account
- What you have on your phone stays on your phone, because it’s yours. To remove it, uninstall the app or use Clear data in your phone’s settings.
- The general ranking isn’t linked to the account but to your phone. To leave and delete your row: Progress → Leave the ranking.
- If there were ever a paid subscription, the invoices would be kept for the period set by tax regulations, and the subscription would also have to be canceled in your store (Google Play or App Store).
Would you rather take your data with you first?
Ask us at info@reverfit.com before deleting your account and we’ll send it to you in a file. After deletion we can’t: we don’t have it.
