Delete your Reverfit Diet account
This is a translation for convenience; the Spanish version is the legally binding one.
Your data is yours and you can take it with you or delete it whenever you want. You don’t have to ask for permission or give reasons.
From the app, the quickest way
- Open Reverfit Diet.
- Go to You, the last tab.
- Tap Your account, the bubble with the key.
- At the very bottom, Delete my account and my data.
- To confirm, you have to type the word DELETE. It’s on purpose: that way nothing is deleted by an accidental tap.
If your phone is in Spanish, the same steps read Tú → Tu cuenta → Borrar mi cuenta y mis datos, and the word to type is BORRAR.
It’s immediate. There is no waiting period and no “deactivated” account: it is deleted right then.
If you can’t get into the app
Write to us at info@reverfit.com from the email you signed up with, asking us to delete your account. We’ll do it within 30 days at most, and usually within 48 hours. We’ll confirm by email when it’s done.
We ask you to write from that email for security: it’s how we know it’s you and not someone trying to delete another person’s account.
What is deleted
- Your account and your email.
- Your profile: weight, height, age, sex, goal and activity level.
- Your whole food diary, from day one.
- Your weigh-ins, your measurements and your charts.
- The foods and diets you have created.
- The glasses of water and any other usage data.
What is kept, and why
Only what the law requires us to keep: the invoices, if you have had a paid subscription, for the period set by tax regulations. They are billing data, not health data, and are not used for anything else.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it in your store too (Google Play or App Store). Deleting your account in Reverfit doesn’t stop the store from charging you, because that subscription is managed by them, not by us.
Would you rather take your data with you first?
Ask us at info@reverfit.com before deleting your account and we’ll send it to you in a file. After deletion we can’t: we don’t have it.
