Your software shouldn't charge you more
for growing
If your software charges per active member, your best month is the month you pay the most. Here the management software is $49 a month, or $89 with the workout and nutrition apps included ($59 and $99 from the second year), whether you have 60 members or 600. Prices in US dollars, without VAT.
Why the bill goes up right when things go best
If your software charges per active client, you've been through this.
- January costs you twice. You sign up eighty people with the New Year campaign, and the software bill goes up with them. You pay more for the month you worked hardest.
- Cancellations take a while to leave the bill. A member stops coming in March, you cancel them in April and they still count until the billing cutoff. The increase is immediate; the decrease isn't.
- You don't know what you'll pay a year from now. You can't build a budget on a figure that depends on how many people walk in. With per-member pricing, your cost grows with your success and you never close the year's numbers.
- You think twice before signing someone up. This is the worst part, and it happens: summer passes, ten-session packs and free trials stop paying off when every profile costs money. The software ends up deciding how you sell.
Do it with your own bill
We're not going to tell you what you pay: you tell us. Grab your last bill and the number of members you had that month, and the math does itself: what each member costs you, how much you'd save and, if you pay less today, at how many members you'd stop paying less.
Nothing is sent anywhere: the division happens on your device. And if your software doesn't charge per member, this math will tell you what you already know, which is a good sign.
| With Reverfit | What's included | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Management | The management software only | $59 first year, $49 |
| Management + Training | With the workout app and Reverfit Workout Pro for all your members | $89 first year, $79 |
| All three modules | Management, training and nutrition | $99 first year, $89 |
Without VAT, per gym and with however many members you have. The big figure is the regular price, the one you'll pay from the second year; the first year is $10 less a month. The management module (memberships, payments, members, bookings and entry control) is $59 a month on its own; the $99 is all three together, with the workout and nutrition apps included.
Enter both numbers and I'll tell you what each member costs you per month, and at how many members switching would pay off.
How it works here
The gym's dashboard. The figures belong to a sample gym.

- One price per gym, not per person. The first year, $49 a month for management, $59 for training and $89 for all three modules; from the second year, $59, $69 and $99. No VAT. Sign up as many members as you like, with their profiles, memberships and apps included. The figure on the bill doesn't move.
- Trials and passes pay off again. Since one more profile costs nothing, you can sign up the person who comes for a trial week, the one with the summer pass and the one who only joins group classes. Without thinking about the software.
- No lock-in. You pay for the month, or the year if you choose. You cancel by sending an email and the subscription ends at the end of the period you've already paid for.
- And if you leave, you take your data. Your members are yours. No ransom and no paid export.
When it does NOT pay off
If you run a small studio with forty or fifty members, software that charges per person may come out cheaper than our $89 a month, and we won't argue with that. A flat price starts to win from a hundred-odd members, and from three hundred it's no contest. We'd rather tell you here than after you've paid.
Frequently asked questions
Does the price go up if I go from 200 to 600 members?
No. The price is per gym, with however many members you have: $49 a month for management, $59 for training and $89 for all three the first year, and $10 more a month from the second. No VAT. The only thing that changes the amount is adding or removing modules, and that's your call.
Is there a limit on members, staff or profiles?
There's no limit on members or on team users. And each employee gets access to their own part: you can give someone only check-in and payments, without letting them see reports or anyone else's data.
What happens when the launch price ends?
The launch price is your first year's price, and you know the next one from day one: $10 more a month, or $100 more a year if you pay annually. The period you've paid for never changes, and if a price were to change for the following ones, you'd get at least 30 days' notice.
Can I bring over the members from the software I use now?
Yes. If you have them in a spreadsheet or can export them, they're loaded in one go with their memberships and dates. It's the first thing we do with you when you subscribe.
Can I try it first with my numbers?
Yes, for 7 days and without giving any payment details. You get in with sample members to see the screens inside before moving anything of yours.
