The diet stops being
a sheet of paper that gets lost
You set the menu from the gym and they carry it on their phone, with what they still have to eat today. Your members use the free version of Reverfit Diet; if one of them wants Pro, they pay for it themselves in the app.
The management dashboard and the Reverfit Member app are in English and Spanish.
From the menu to the plate
- 1The member, onceThey enter their weight, height and goal
Gain muscle, lose fat or stay as they are. That's where their calories and macros come from, which stop being an example number and become their own.
- 2You, from the gymYou set up their week
Pick a menu —Mediterranean, keto, gluten-free, lactose-free— or build your own, and assign it. It reaches them rescaled to THEIR calories, not the ones on paper.
- 3The member, at mealtimeThey check off what they ate
Tap the meal and that's it. If they eat something else, they search for it among more than 15,000 foods, scan its barcode or create it by weighing it on the kitchen scale.
Menus adjust themselves to each member
A paper menu works for whoever it was written for. Here you set up the week once and, when you assign it, each member receives it adjusted to their own calories and macros. The same menu works for members with opposite goals.
The rings at the top show what's left for TODAY, which is the only thing anyone on a diet looks at.

What it doesn’t do yet
We’d rather tell you here than after you’ve paid.
- Counting vitamins and minerals. It tracks calories, protein, carbs and fat, which is what people follow in a gym. Not micronutrients.
- Giving your members Diet Pro. With the Diet module your members get the free version of Reverfit Diet. What you gain as a gym is setting their diet from your management dashboard. If a member wants Diet Pro, they pay for it themselves in the app.
- Replacing a dietitian. It's a tool for the professional you already have, or for the member who manages their own account. It doesn't prescribe or diagnose anything.
Frequently asked questions
Where does the food data come from?
From public food composition databases, with more than 15,000 entries and their barcodes. And whatever is missing, you or your member create it by weighing it once, and it stays there for good.
Does the barcode scanner work on phones?
Yes, with the phone's camera, on Android and iPhone. It's the fastest way for packaged food.
Can I manage the diets myself, or does the member have to?
Your choice. You can set up their whole week from the gym, or let them manage it and just check how it's going.
Can I subscribe without the management software?
Yes, on its own. Though it's with management that it shows: the diet and the member's profile are one and the same.
$49 a month the first year, however many members you have
And $59 from the second year on. No long-term contract and no per-member fees. Together with management or workouts, the bundle costs less.
